Mike had gone so above and beyond what I think most agents wouldn't have 
done. He took my venting, my fears, my happiness, my every emotion 
during this whole process and he rode with them. Mike stayed on top of 
everything from start to finish. The things we thought were impossible 
Mike and his team made them possible.
